Rocklin, Calif. – – Today, Republican councilman and small-business owner Joe Patterson announced receiving the endorsement of the Placer County Taxpayers Association in his campaign for the 5th Assembly District. Patterson has previously been endorsed by the Gold Country Taxpayers Association making Patterson the clear favorite of local taxpayer protection groups. “The Sacramento politicians in complete control of our Legislature are spending our tax dollars faster than they can come in. Voters have had enough and they are ready to fight back,” said Patterson. “I’m thankful to be supported by the local taxpayer protection groups that represent our area. I will work with them to be a voice for local taxpayers and oppose the out-of-control tax increases in the Legislature and bring some much-needed relief to local families.” Joe Patterson continues to announce major supporters in his campaign. Just in the last few days, Patterson announced endorsements from Senator Jim Nielsen, Assemblyman James Gallagher as well as Rocklin Mayor Bill Halldin and Lincoln Mayor Holly Woods-Andreatta. The newly drawn 5th Assembly District is split between Placer and El Dorado counties. For more information about Joe and his campaign please visit www.JoePatterson.com. |
